The Ultimate Guide to Zero Sugar Jello Greek Yogurt Fluff: High-Protein Dessert Perfection

Description

A light, creamy, and satisfying high-protein dessert made with just boiling water, sugar-free jello, and Greek yogurt. Perfect for meal prep, low-carb diets, and crushing late-night sweet cravings without the sugar crash.

Ingredients

1 packet (0.3 oz) sugar-free jello, any flavor

1 cup boiling water

1 cup plain Greek yogurt, room temperature

Fresh berries for topping (optional)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional for extra macros)

Instructions

1. Pour exactly 1 cup of boiling water into a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar-free jello packet and whisk vigorously until fully dissolved.

2. Let the liquid mixture cool on the counter until it is warm to the touch or close to room temperature to prevent curdling.

3. Add the room temperature Greek yogurt to the cooled gelatin base. Whisk aggressively (or use an electric hand mixer) until the mixture becomes uniform, smooth, creamy, and airy.

4. Spoon the liquid fluff into individual serving cups or glass bowls. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.

5. Top with fresh berries just before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Temperature matters: Do not add cold yogurt to hot gelatin, or the mixture will curdle. Always let the base cool and use room-temperature yogurt.

For an exceptionally airy, mousse-like texture, use an electric hand mixer for 60 to 90 seconds when incorporating the yogurt.

Storage: Stores exceptionally well in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Do not freeze, as freezing destroys the gelatin bonds.
