Simple, high-protein Mounjaro jello recipe with a firm texture and refreshing flavor. This easy snack supports fullness, portion control, and a balanced routine.
Ingredients
1 packet sugar-free flavored gelatin mix
2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides (optional)
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour the cold water into a bowl and sprinkle the flavored gelatin mix and unflavored gelatin powder over the top.
2. Let it bloom for 2 minutes without stirring.
3. Add the boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved.
4. Stir in the cold water and collagen peptides if using.
5. If using Greek yogurt, let the mixture cool slightly before folding it in.
6. Pour into a dish or silicone molds and refrigerate until firm.
7. Cut into squares and serve cold.
Notes
Use sugar-free gelatin only for a lower-calorie version.
Measure the water carefully so the texture stays firm.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for the best sliceable set.
