A simple 3-ingredient Jillian Michaels gelatin recipe using unflavored gelatin, cranberry juice, and apple cider vinegar to naturally control appetite and support healthy weight loss.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder

1/2 cup hot water (just below boiling)

1/2 cup unsweetened 100% cranberry juice

1/2 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, briskly whisk the unflavored gelatin into the hot water until it is completely dissolved (about 30-60 seconds).

2. Stir in the unsweetened cranberry juice and raw apple cider vinegar.

3. Pour the mixture into a glass container or small silicone cube molds.

4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until the gelatin is firmly set.
