1 cup hot water, around 180°F

1 tsp honey, optional


Instructions

1. Pour the cold cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar into a bowl.

2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the liquid and let it bloom for 5 minutes without stirring.

3. Add the hot water and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

4. If using honey, let the mixture cool slightly before stirring it in.

5. Pour into silicone gummy molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

6. Pop out the gummies and serve cold.

Notes

Use 100% unsweetened cranberry juice for the best tart flavor.

Do not use boiling water.

Store the gummies in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
