Ingredients
2 tablespoons unflavored grass-fed beef gelatin
1/2 cup cold filtered water
1.5 cups hot brewed herbal tea (hibiscus or ginger)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Liquid stevia or monk fruit drops to taste
Instructions
1. Bloom the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
2. Brew 1.5 cups of hot herbal tea.
3. Pour hot tea over bloomed gelatin and whisk vigorously until dissolved.
4. Stir in lemon juice and sweetener.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
Notes
Storage: 7 days in fridge in an airtight container.
Tip: Do not add raw pineapple or kiwi, as the enzymes prevent gelatin from setting.
