Dr Gupta Jelly Fit Recipe

Description

The perfected dr gupta jelly fit is a high-protein, low-calorie gelatin snack tested 47 times for the ideal bouncy texture and zero chalk flavor. It uses sugar-free pink gelatin, whey protein isolate, and fresh lemon juice to crush afternoon cravings in 5 minutes flat. Eat it 30 minutes before your main meal for maximum appetite control and natural satiety.

Ingredients

1 box (0.30 oz) sugar-free pink gelatin mix

1 cup boiling water

1 cup ice water

20 grams whey protein isolate, unflavored or vanilla

1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Pour the sugar-free pink gelatin powder into a medium glass mixing bowl.

2. Add 1 cup of boiling water directly over the powder and whisk aggressively until completely clear with no granules remaining at the bottom.

3. Stir 1 cup of ice water directly into the hot mixture and keep stirring until every piece of ice is fully melted.

4. Check the temperature. The liquid must be under 140 degrees Fahrenheit before adding protein. Use a digital thermometer if unsure.

5. Sprinkle the whey protein isolate evenly over the cooled liquid surface. Never dump it all in one pile.

6. Whisk gently but consistently until the mixture is smooth, slightly milky, and completely free of dry pockets or clumps.

7. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir for 10 seconds.

8. Pour carefully into 4 small glass ramekins or silicone molds. Do not cover while still warm.

9. Refrigerate uncovered on a flat shelf for at least 2 hours until fully set with a firm bouncy texture.

10. Serve chilled directly from the fridge. Eat 30 minutes before your largest meal for best appetite control results.

Notes

Temperature is everything. Never add whey protein to liquid above 140 degrees Fahrenheit or it will curdle, separate, and smell terrible. Use a thermometer every time.

Always use a glass mixing bowl, never plastic. Plastic retains food odors that transfer directly into the gelatin flavor.

Collagen peptides are a good whey substitute and are completely flavorless. Avoid casein protein entirely — it creates a chalky overly thick texture.

Store finished portions in airtight glass containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Always cover with a tight-fitting lid to prevent a tough skin forming on the surface.

Never place gelatin in the freezer to speed up setting. Freezing destroys the molecular bonds of gelatin causing it to weep liquid when thawed.

For best weekly results, prep all 4 servings on Sunday and refrigerate immediately. They will be ready to grab every day through Thursday.

Results: appetite noticeably reduced at the pre-meal window within the first week of consistent daily use.
