Ingredients
2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup pizza sauce
12 slices pepperoni

Instructions
1. Brush one side of a tortilla with olive oil and toast on a skillet for 2 minutes.
