Description
Simple, creamy turmeric with piperine latte made with a ready spice blend, warm liquid, and a little fat. This drink supports a calm daily ritual while making smart use of curcumin and piperine together.
Ingredients
1 tsp turmeric with piperine base blend (turmeric, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, salt)
1–2 tsp coconut oil, ghee, or full-fat milk
8 oz hot milk or unsweetened plant milk (about 75–80°C, not boiling)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup, optional
Pinch of extra cinnamon on top, optional
Instructions
1. Add the turmeric with piperine base blend to a mug or small heat-safe bowl.
2. Stir in the coconut oil, ghee, or full-fat milk to form a loose, smooth paste.
3. Pour in the hot milk or plant milk while whisking until no clumps remain and the color is deep golden.
4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup lightly if you prefer a bit of sweetness.
5. Sip slowly, ideally with a small snack or breakfast, and adjust strength next time based on how you feel.
Notes
Start with 1/2 tsp base blend if you are sensitive to spices and increase gradually.
Use plant milk if you want a dairy-free option; creamier milks make the latte feel more indulgent.
You can turn this into a tea by swapping the milk for hot water and keeping the fat.
Pair this latte with balanced meals and habits like chia water or ginger tea instead of relying on it as a single fix.
If you take regular medication or have liver, gallbladder, or bleeding issues, talk with a healthcare provider before drinking this daily.
