Ingredients
2 cups roasted unsalted pistachios
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Add pistachios to a food processor or high-powered blender.
2. Blend for 2–4 minutes, scraping sides as needed, until smooth.
3. Add salt and sweetener if desired, blend again until incorporated.
4. Transfer to a jar and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
Notes
Use roasted pistachios for the best flavor.
