Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
½ tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water until it’s comfortable to drink.
2. Add the pink salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Stir in lemon juice and honey if using.
4. Sip slowly before eating, ideally right after waking.
Notes
Use food-grade pink Himalayan salt only.
