Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Pour warm water into a mug.
2. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
3. Stir in grated ginger and cinnamon.
4. Add honey if using and mix well.
5. Let steep for 1–2 minutes and enjoy warm.
Notes
Start with half-strength for sensitive stomachs.
Use fresh ginger and organic vinegar for best results.
