Ingredients
1 cup tart cherry juice (no added sugar)
2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder (Great Lakes 275 bloom)

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
1. Sprinkle 2 tbsp gelatin powder over ¼ cup cold tart cherry juice. Let bloom 5 minutes until spongy.
2. Heat remaining ¾ cup juice + honey + lemon to 140°F (simmer, never boil).
3. Stir bloomed gelatin into warm juice until completely dissolved (clear liquid).

5. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm. Pop out and store.
