  • Author: Lily Jason
  • Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

Easy 3-ingredient chia jello recipe that takes just 5 minutes to prep. Packed with 8g fiber per serving, perfect for weight loss, meal prep, and healthy snacking. Kids actually love it!

Ingredients

Scale

2 tablespoons chia seeds (black or white)

⅓ cup 100% fruit juice (mango, berry, cranberry, or green juice)

1 teaspoon raw honey (or maple syrup/agave nectar)

Optional Toppings:

Fresh fruit (berries, mango, kiwi)

Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Pour ⅓ cup of juice into a glass jar or small bowl.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey.

3. Stir thoroughly until honey is fully dissolved and chia seeds are evenly distributed.

4. Wait 2-3 minutes, then stir again very well to prevent clumping.

5. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.

6. Top with fresh fruit if desired and serve cold.

7. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week in an airtight container.

Notes

Use room temperature or cold liquid only – hot liquid damages chia seeds’ gelling properties.

Stir twice (at start and after 2-3 minutes) to prevent clumping.

For sugar-free version: Use unsweetened herbal tea and stevia instead of juice and honey.

For weight loss: Eat 15-30 minutes before meals to reduce appetite.

Meal prep tip: Make 5-7 servings on Sunday for grab-and-go snacks all week.

Pairs well with semaglutide recipes, Zepbound meal plans, and bariatric-friendly diets.
