Ingredients
1 cup filtered or spring water
1/8 tsp Persian blue salt (crushed fine)
Juice of 1/4 lemon (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Few mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour water into a glass or bottle.
2. Add blue salt and stir well until dissolved.
3. Squeeze in lemon juice if using.
4. Add honey and mint leaves for flavor if desired.
