Ingredients
⅛ tsp Persian blue salt (or any mineral-rich salt)
8 oz warm filtered water (just above room temp)
½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (optional, balances saltiness)
Pinch of ginger powder (optional, natural vasodilator)
2–3 fresh mint leaves (optional, for refreshing finish)
Instructions
1. Warm your filtered water to just above room temperature — not hot.
2. Stir in the Persian blue salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
4. Mix in honey and ginger if using.
5. Pour into a glass jar. Add mint leaves if desired.
6. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, 20–30 minutes before breakfast or a workout.
Notes
Do not exceed ⅛ tsp blue salt per serving — more is not better here.

For variety, try substituting lemon with lime, or add ½ oz of beet juice for extra nitric oxide support.
