1 small pinch black salt (kala namak, about 1/8 tsp)

Instructions
1. Heat water until warm but not hot (about 100–110°F).
2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the water.
3. Add a small pinch of black salt and stir until dissolved.
4. Optional: add ginger or mint for variation.
5. Sip slowly over 5–10 minutes before breakfast.
Notes
Do not use more than a pinch of black salt to avoid excess sodium.
