Ingredients

1 cup raw honey, unfiltered and organic (tualang honey or Manuka UMF 10 for maximum brain benefit)

1 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (strongly recommended)

1 pinch pink Himalayan salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Place one cup of raw honey into a clean glass jar. Do not heat or microwave.

2. Add ground turmeric and ground cinnamon directly into the honey.

3. Fold in the spices with a small spoon or spatula for 60 to 90 seconds until fully combined with no dry pockets.

4. Add fresh lemon juice, black pepper, and optional Himalayan salt. Stir again until fully incorporated.

5. Seal the jar tightly and rest at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours before first use.

6. Take 1 teaspoon daily in the morning. Stir into warm water or herbal tea. Do not exceed 2 teaspoons daily.

Notes

Never heat honey above 40 degrees Celsius. Heat destroys the enzymes and antioxidant activity that make this recipe effective.

Black pepper increases curcumin bioavailability by up to 2000 percent. Do not skip it.

Always use raw unfiltered honey. Processed honey has lost most bioactive compounds during pasteurization.

For the strongest brain health results use tualang honey or Manuka honey UMF 10 as your base.

Store in a sealed glass jar at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Shelf life 1 to 2 months.

If crystallization occurs place the sealed jar in warm water to gently soften. Do not microwave.
